Polka dot Tilda

This card is for the My Paper World sketch No. 9 challenge.
I thought as it's May Day tomorrow we should be feeling a little spring like (not that the weather agrees with me!) so I've used pretty spring colours for Tilda and mounted her onto some backing papers from my stash. I used one of my set of little corner stamps for 2 of the corners and finished the card off by using a couple of peach silk flowers with pale green brads in their centres.

Black and White Tilda

I can't believe it's been so long since I entered a card challenge! Luckily the card that I've just finished will actually qualify for 2 challenges.
The first is Caardvarks "black and white + 1", where you must use black and white with only one other colour and the second is Arty Girlz "Open theme" where anything goes this week.
The card uses a variety of black and white floral papers and borders from my stash and some cuttlebug hearts kindly supplied by a friend. Tilda is coloured in black and red and the card is finished off with some red gems.
A very easy card to (hopefully) get me back in the swing of entering card challenges again.
